Outdoor Theatre event - Robin Hood
Award Winning Outdoor Theatre Company Illyria brings Robin Hood, adapted by Oliver Gray, to Eyes Meadow, Duffield on Sunday 25th June 2023 - the show starts at 4:00pm.
Don't miss out on another wonderful production by theatre company Illyria who tour countrywide during the summer months. Featuring tales of camaraderie, good against evil, swashbuckling action and riotous comedy, this remains one of Illyria's most popular ever titles. You'll definitely laugh, you'll probably cry - and if you're not cheering at the archery competition involving the entire audience then you must be dead!
The production will be supported by food suppliers including Gorgeous Gourmet Grub for hot food, Karen's Ices icecream van, Cafe2U for coffee and other hot and cold drinks, and Lisa Turner's candyfloss and popcorn.
You are of course, also welcome to bring your own drinks and picnic supplies - why not crack open a prosecco and enjoy the show with friends while your children are entertained!
Toilets will be available in our Changing Rooms located close by, and will be open throughout the event.
Tickets are available now from Ticketsource - priced £10 adult; £5 child (age 5-16; under 5s free). Gates open 2:30pm - performance from 4pm. Running time approx 1hr 50 mins (inc 20 min interval). Food and drinks will be available on the day. Don't forget to bring your portable chairs, blankets to sit on, picnic/drinks and suitable clothing - dress for the weather.
