Duffield Library 'Book and Borrow' service - information for residents

Duffield Library 'Book and Borrow' service - information for residents

Duffield Library is currently open on a 'Book & Borrow' basis in line with current government restrictions.

The library is currently open during its regular hours, except for closing at 5pm on Wednesdays.

All books and other items currently on loan will be automatically renewed until 11 January 2021 and will not incur any overdue charges.

Remembrance Day 2020

Although the usual Remembrance Sunday parade could not take place this year, the Parish Council was able to hold an Act of Remembrance at the War Memorial this morning, during which wreaths were placed and a roll call held to remember those men of the Parish who gave their lives in WWI and WWII. Information for dog walkers at Eyes Meadow

The Parish Council has received a report of a large dog being walked off-the-lead at Eyes Meadow attacking another dog. The incident has been reported to the police.

Please be aware of your responsibilities regarding out-of-control dogs, if your dog is likely to be a risk to other dogs, their owners or other users of the Meadow, keep your dog on a lead.
