Council Grants
The Council now considers applications for S137 grant funding at Full Council meetings, which are held every other month. To find out when the next Full Council meeting is, check the Council Meetings calendar.
Grants are made under S137 Local government Act 1972 to local voluntary groups and charitable organisations where the use can be shown to be of benefit to the Parish or residents of the Parish. Full criteria for obtaining an award can be found in the policy document.
To find out more about obtaining a Council grant, read the grant policy document below and then either print and return the form included in the document to the Parish Clerk, Duffield Parish Council, Cemetery Lodge, 43 Hazelwood Road, Duffield, Belper DE56 4DQ; or download the policy as a Word document below, fill in the form electronically and return by email to clerk@duffieldparishcouncil.gov.uk
