The tree is a Pear (1)

It is in the rear garden of a small mid-terraced house.

It has not been pruned for many years has become excessively large, shading much of the rear lawned area.

When in full foliage it takes much of the light from the rear windows of the property and that of the neighbouring property. The tree is situated adjacent to the boundary fence.

The tree has not been cared for over the years making the fruit is inedible and it is of low amenity value.

The plan is to remove the tree and fully restore the lawned area.
